At Rutland Partners, we focus on underperforming businesses where we can actively engage to improve performance, enable restructuring or assist with strategic change.

We invest £10-50 million in UK based or UK focussed companies with an enterprise value of £20-200 million.

We are flexible enough not to be sector specific and consider all later stage transaction types including MBOs, MBIs, IBOs, P2Ps, turnarounds, secondary purchases and replacement capital.
