Maria has experience of working in the private equity sector with roles at Investcorp and Sovereign Capital before joining Rutland in 2004. Prior to this, Maria worked at Warburgs during which time she spent a year on secondment helping to establish their Tokyo M&A office.
Maria has a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing via The London School of Marketing.
