Jon is an economics graduate from Southampton University who qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1993, specialising in taxation before joining Rutland in 1994.
Jon's involvement with a broad range of Rutland investments has given him significant experience in all types of transaction and in the delivery of change management and restructuring programmes in a diverse range of businesses. He became a Partner
in 2004.
