Tristan is a mechanical engineering graduate from Newcastle University who qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. He subsequently joined their Transaction Advisory Services team where he worked both pre- and post-deal with a number of private equity and corporate clients specialising in the operational analysis and performance improvement aspects of transactions. Tristan joined Rutland in 2008.
