Kajen is a Cambridge economics graduate who worked in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services division, specifically within the Mergers & Acquisitions’ Technology, Communication & Entertainment team. He then joined CIBC World Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst before joining Rutland in 2008.
